2-12 week Wellness Plan Programs
Service Description
Wellness plan programs combine three key pillars of wellness—Mindfulness, Meals, and Movement—to support your personal journey. Together, we create a plan tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and abilities. Using a variety of tools and resources, my role as your coach is to be your accountability partner in reaching those goals. Getting healthy and staying on track can feel confusing, overwhelming, and even intimidating, but together we’ll discover where you are, where you want to be, and what that path looks like. After an initial consultation (booked separately), which includes a wellness assessment survey and goal setting, an individualized plan will be created. This plan may include movement, lifestyle, and meal components, such as a food and nutrition assessment with a 4–5 day food tracker. Programs are tailored to the level of support and time needed to achieve your goals, and each plan includes massage treatments, yoga classes, a meal plan, and regular check-ins. Services can also be purchased à la carte, depending on your needs and goals.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required for the following conditions. 1) Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2) No show or missed appointment.$25 no for 1st time full payment after 3 missed appt. 3) Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment/will recieve remainder of time
