Service Description

Initial consultation includes a current diet assessment survey and intended goals. *An individualized plan will be outlined including a food tracker ( daily food diary for 4-7 days and via app), detox/ cleanse, Cabinet sweep (a 45 min session to go through frig and cabinets replace/ recreate session) grocery list and meal plan. *Steps after initial 30 minute consult.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required for the following conditions. 1) Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2) No show or missed appointment.$25 no for 1st time full payment after 3 missed appt. 3) Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment/will recieve remainder of time
