Restore muscles, eliminating aches, pain and tension. This Session addresses specific areas of concern using techniques such as Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching, and myofascial release in specific areas of tension.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required for the following conditions. 1) Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2) No show or missed appointment.$25 no for 1st time full payment after 3 missed appt. 3) Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment/will recieve remainder of time
