Heat & Ice Treatment

This treatment soothes aches and pains in areas of chronic tension due to upper or lower back pain. Have pain in neck and shoulders from sleeping funny, pulled /strain back muscle? This treatment uses heat to relax the muscles. Moist heat is applied followed by a warming gel. then ice for inflammation ( a medicated cream) to cool inflamed muscles.
