Yoga in the Park (2)

Join Nataki lmt and yoga instructor for a yoga class that will promote flexibility and build strength and energy while le connecting breath and body! Beginner friendly. Bring your mat water (any props if available) and join me in the park.

Take the south entrance located directly off of McDonough rd. We will be across from the football field beside play going.look for signs.
