Join Nataki lmt and yoga instructor for this evening restorative yoga class. End your day and get ready for your week with stretches to ease body tension and calm the mind
Beginner friendly. Bring your mat water (any props if available) and join me in the park.
Take the south entrance located directly off of McDonough rd. We will be across from the football field beside play going.look for signs.
This is a Free class. Donations welcome.
