About the event

Myo fascia release is a technique that releases stuck facia and helps lengthen muscles. Foam rolling and specifically the muscle melt method is a form of self myo fascia release (SMR).

Come join me as I introduce this method with a 20 minute routine to enhance mobility and decrease chronic pain In upper and lower back.

Please have your mat water and a foam roller (low density if new to foam rolling) preferably a 24 inch roller.
