A one on one consult with a wellness coach that creates the foundation to your Wellness plan. We discover your primary goals towards your wellness journey by prioritizing your issues ( diet, exercise, stress/ wellbeing) and devise what steps are needed to devise and execute that plan. *This service is offered virtually via phone or zoom

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required for the following conditions. 1) Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2) No show or missed appointment.$25 no for 1st time full payment after 3 missed appt. 3) Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment/will recieve remainder of time
